Ted Bundy is, without a doubt, one of the most infamous serial killer in modern times. He confessed to killing over 30 women across 6 different states across the US. He spent his final days in Florida State Prison after being captured and sentenced to death for his crimes. He was finally killed by the electric chair in 1981. He died with a smile on his face…
In 2001 a guard was on duty in the room where the electric chair was held, tho it had been dormant for a long time. He claimed to see Ted Bundy sitting on the chair, looking directly at him and smiling… Following this incident, more guards came forward and claimed to have seen Bundy sitting there or standing in the room. Always looking directly at them. Every time they tried to approach the ghost, he simply vanished. To this day people still report seeing Bundy around the entire prison.
John Wayne Gacy

The friendly image clowns used to give off vanished in 1978. It was all down to one man, John Wayne Gacy. In Illinois, between 1972 – 1978 the ” Killer Clown” was roaming the streets. He dressed up as a friendly faced clown and lured children to come with him, preferably young boys. He went on to rape and murder 33 young men… He was captured and but to death on may 10th, 1994. The majority of his victim’s bodies were found in the crawlspace under his house. Eight of the bodies were never found.
His former home at 8213 W. Summerdale Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, is insanely haunted. It is also the exact location where the Killer Clown lived and killed his victims. The house itself has changed hands numerous times after the residents have not been able to stay very long. They reported hearing the screams of little boys in the night and seeing a large man dressed as a clown wandering through the house. A few EVP sessions have actually picked up on the former killer himself. An exorcism was performed on the house and the grave of Gacy himself, but nothing can ease the violent haunting occurring every day in this property.
H.H.Holmes

H.H Holmes was the king of his very own murder castle. The murder castle itself was a hotel, but he constructed it in such a way that it would trap his guests/victims in parts of there room. Or if they tried to run they would be confused and get lost. The building was filled with stairways that led to nowhere, doors that opened onto brick walls, doors that could only open from the outside and even a giant safe that would suffocate his victims to death. He had rooms soundproofed and alarmed to track the movements of all his guests and he would often watch them from behind mirrors. The main part of the building was the basement, with over twenty laundry chutes connecting to the basement from different parts of the building so he could dispose of the corpses quickly and effectively. Once in the basement, he would conduct mad experiments on the corpses.
The building was a stain on the city of Chicago, so they demolished it. However, the basement was left and a post office built on top. A lot of the old chutes and tunnels still exist down there and the sense of dread never leave you. There have been reports of a man dressed in victorian attire and a bowler hat walking around the basement, he fits the description of H. H Holmes perfectly. Not to mention the violent attacks occurring down here that have led to over 15 staff members at the American post office to leave.
Ronald Defeo Jr

I am sure everyone has heard of the Amityville Horror. Ronald DeFeo Jr was the original star and everything took place on a cold November night in 1974. Six people were found shot to death and Robert was accused of the crime immediately, all the evidence pointed towards him. It was his own family he shot to death in cold blood. The original testimony from the trial stated that the voices inside his head told him to kill his parents and siblings. This trail became incredibly famous, but it was nothing compared to the haunting that followed.
The house where the murders took place attracted unparalleled media attention because of the amount of paranormal activity it produced. The Lutz family that moved into the house, following the murders, left them fearing for their lives. The evil that encapsulated Ronald DeFeo is still alive in that home. All you need to do is google haunted Amityville house and you will see for yourself.
Jack the Ripper

In Whitehall, England, Jack the Ripper made his mark. He only killed five prostitutes in 1888. Which, perhaps, is not much compared to the other killers mentioned, yet his name will remain in history forever more. He was never caught and to this day nobody truly knows who he was… He sent notes to the newspapers and alerted them each time he killed. There are even theories out there that jack was a woman! Despite all of this, the man was evil. It still lingers today.
There are a few places that claim to be haunted by Mr Ripper but it can never quite be confirmed. One of these locations is Hanbury street in Whitehall and it is one of the most haunted places in London. Not only is Jack the Ripper seen here but also Annie Chapman, one of his victims.

Jeffery Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal. He was a serial killer but this guy had extra evil attached to him, I mean eating your victims takes it to a whole new level. Between 1978 and 1991, Dahmer killed 17 men. He didn’t just kill them however, he raped, tortured and then dismembered the bodies. It was not long after he entered a Wisconsin prison that he was beaten to death.
Dahmer was originally from Bath, Ohio in the US. His childhood home is majorly haunted, it’s also the spot where he committed his first murder. He has been seen within the home, along with a couple of other spirits but he is very much active. This house is rented out to ghost busters for $10,000 dollars a month as it is one of the best locations in the world to pick up EVP.
Richard Ramirez

Also known as the ” Night Stalker “. Ramirez ran a group of serial killers out of the Cecil Hotel in LA. He killed a lot of people from 1984 – 1985, although the exact number was never certain, he was convicted of 13 counts of murder, five counts of attempted murder, 11 sexual assaults, and 14 burglaries. He was sentenced to death and his only response to that was ” Hail Satan”, with a sadistic smile. Ramirez was a satanist and a pretty messed up individual. His fascination began in the Concordia Cemetary where he would sleep on his father’s grave until he began to find strange objects dotted around the graveyard. He realised these were objects of satanic worship and took it up himself. Everywhere he killed, he did a satanic ritual before and it has left a stain on every location.
The Cecil Hotel where Ramirez still lurks is one of the most haunted locations in the world. During its time of operation, the police would not even enter… It was so full of insanity and dark deeds. Each room has its own violent past and there is over 600 of them !!!Of course, this hotel is famous for being the base of operation for Ramirez but its many other ghosts attract paranormal enthusiasts year after year.
